Cassandra currently teaches Aerial Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, as well as classes & workshops for Tango dancers. With a passion for both restorative practices and the therapeutic benefits of yoga, her classes work to find balance, more awareness and ease in the body through proper alignment.

For current classes in Nashville, see the Yoga Muttz Movement Lounge Class Schedule.

Cassandra's 'Yoga para Tango' classes and workshops are inspired by the movement and music of Argentine tango. Some think of dance as a moving meditation, a chance to connect, let go, find balance and be present in the moment. Like yoga, dancing can be a chance to find balance in our bodies.

Classes combine therapeutic elements with traditional yoga movements, woven together with the movement of Argentine tango.
